The Franklin County Day On the Farm was held last week. All of the third graders in Franklin County were at the Sylvester Ranch to learn about how a farm works, where their food comes from and more. Ottawa High sophomore, Clair Irwin was part of one of the presenting groups:

The Day On the Farm is an annual event at the Sylvester Ranch. As kids grow further and further away from farm life, it’s important for them to see where their food comes from and how it is produced.
