With a big election looming on November 4th, early voting in Franklin County starts today, October 15th, in the Franklin County Clerk’s office. County Clerk Janet Paddock says there has been some concern about where to vote and how to receive an advance ballot by mail.
Returned ballots must be postmarked by election day, November 4th. They can also be returned to the Franklin County Clerk’s office or to the ballot drop box in front of the historic Courthouse by 7:00 the evening of November 4th. In person advance voting will begin October 28th.
