Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce Director Ryland Miller addressed the Franklin County Commission yesterday to thank them for their donation to the Ladies Night Out event, which celebrated its 20th year this year. Miller called it a smashing success, as the event drew hundreds of shoppers to Downtown Ottawa:
Ladies Night Out has local businesses staying open late and promoting merchandise specials, as well as offering food and drinks to shoppers.
