A new gun smith has been approved in Franklin County. It will be locate north east of Pomona. Franklin County Planning and Zoning Director, Pat Toth, spoke to commissioners about the proposal and a possible special use permit for the business:
Commissioners approved the special use permit, provided that the applicant follow all federal regulations regarding firearm and ammunition safety. The business had been open in Baldwin the past several years.
