It’s that time of the year. Time to register for the Garnett Area Chamber of Commerce 55th Annual Christmas Parade. This home town tradition brings the community of Garnett together as the parade winds around the town square. This year’s theme is “ A Christmas Tribute To Our Heroes.” It’s time to honor those who make a difference while celebrating the joy of the season. They are inviting everyone to join…businesses, organizations, clubs, churches, families and friend groups. If you can dream it, you can put it on parade!
The parade registration form can be found online, or just call the Chamber office for the link. It’s also on their facebook page. This year’s Grand Marshalls are Don and Nena Nungesser, who will lead the parade through town. The Chamber wants to make this year’s parade the most spectacular one yet. The 55th Annual Garnett Area Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade and downtown lighting will be November 29th at 6:00 in Downtown Garnett.
