The Ottawa City Commission heard from Public Works Director, DJ Welsh yesterday, November 19th, about the city’s pavement preservation program, commonly known as street repair. He outlined the cost involved in repairing the streets most in need:
The commissioners heard from Finance Director, Melanie Landis on options available to pay for the repair projects. Welsh says the pavement preservation plan did not include the brick streets in town and repairing those is another topic that needs to be discussed.
