A lot of people are needing help this holiday season and the Ottawa Police Foundation and Ottawa Police Department are partnering to support the Blue Santa Program to provide Christmas gifts to kids in the Family Initiative Foster Care Program in Ottawa and for area seniors living in Ottawa’s senior communities.
