Franklin County Jeff Richards addressed the County Commissioners yesterday, December 4th, to recognize one of his deputies for a pretty incredible accomplishment:
The graduation ceremony will be held today, December 5th, on the State House Floor in Topeka. With his Certified Public Manager Degree, Hendrickson will use his knowledge to enhance leadership, improve efficiency and adapt to changes in the law enforcement industry, as well as improve public service quality, manage resources, lead people and lead change within the organization.
