Osage County employees are getting frustrated as their checks are late and they are unsure where their KPERS benefits are going. WIBW 13 News spoke with several employees that are beyond frustrated over incorrect pay, late paychecks and missing funds. Apparently, money is being deducted from the checks but not making it to their KPERS accounts, and it has been that way, in many cases, since May . Osage County Counselor, Josh Ney, says the county is in discussion to improve it’s financial practices and is committed to being a good steward of public funds, but that’s not enough for employees, like 31 year county employee Brian Yockey:
