You always hear about the Ottawa High sports teams and the success and struggles they may be having, but, there are many other student groups at the high school that excel in what they do. One of those is in the fine arts, theatre to be specific. OHS Principal, Kelly Whitaker, says after the recent play “You Can’t Take It With You”, some students have been nominated for statewide awards:
She also commended the classroom art teachers, the spanish teacher, and the band and choir directors who work hard every day to make sure every student succeeds and performs at the highest level.
