Next year marks the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks that forever shaped our country in different light . The Kansas State Fair opens September 11th next year and will hold a special grandstand concert that evening. Who better to have open, then someone who has been a long standing supporter of veterans and first responders and represents true American patriotism….Trace Adkins will be that artist.

The concert is part of Adkins’ 30th Anniversary Tour, celebrating three decades since the release of his debut album. His career includes more than 40 charted singles, 14 studio albums, and multiple number one hits, including “This Ain’t No Thinkin’ Thing” and “Every Light In The House” and, of course, “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk” but the songs that will really get the crowd going will be the string of patriotic music he is known for. Tickets go on sale Friday, December 19th. Go to the web site kansasstatefair.org for your tickets to Trace Adkins, live at the Kansas State Fair, September 11th.
