Ottawa City Hall is undergoing a complete redo of its heating and air conditioning system and that’s going to cause some disruption to all of the office space on the second floor, for the next six weeks. But, that’s not all that’s getting a new look. At last week’s commission meeting , commissioners approved a change order that would replace the ceiling tiles and the lighting. That might beg a question. Information technology director Paul Sommer:
The ceiling is going to be torn out anyway, so it is very convenient to replace the tiles at this point. They will also install new lighting.
