The annual Legislative Dinner and Farm Tour sponsored by the Franklin County Farm Bureau is in the history books. During a brief presentation at Sylvester Ranch on various farm issues affecting the state, State Affairs Manager Claudia Hissong told about action taken to reduce cattle rustling:
Hissong also said the Farm Bureau supported actions that would make it harder for radical animal rights people to sneak into farmyards and other facilities trying to entrap farmers into allegedly mistreating animals.
