WILLIAMSBURG — A 17-year-old Williamsburg teen told the Franklin County Sheriff’s office that a 16-year-old Williamsburg boy tried to run over him with a car Tuesday while he was riding a bicycle in Williamsburg. The sheriff’s office said the case has been referred to the county attorney.
