Of all the honors you can get as a principal of a high school in Kansas, being named the Kansas Principal of the Year is the highest. That honor this year has been bestowed upon Ottawa High School Principal Kelly Whitaker. USD 290 Superintendent Dr. Ryan Cobbs says there is no one more deserving:
