The Franklin County Commission will meet this morning at the County Annex with a fairly short agenda this week. First, commissioners will hear from Franklin County Emergency Medical Service Director, Christy Hilliker. She will talk about the third quarter ambulance call report and give a review of the types of calls they responded to and where this quarter.
Also, County Clerk Janet Paddock will discuss a list of properties that have applied to be added to the neighborhood revitalization list. There are 10 different properties to be considered. Those approved will receive a 95% property tax rebate if they show considerable improvement to the property. Many on the proposed list today are vacant lots where homes would be built.
The meeting will be at 8:30 this morning at the County Annex Commission Chambers. It will be live streamed on the Franklin County Kansas youtube channel.
