Recently, Ottawa University held the Annual Norwood Jones Convocation and the guest speaker was OU alum Mitch Barnhart, who is the athletic director at the University of Kentucky. He talks about his time at OU and what it means to him:
Barnhart received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Ottawa University in 1981 and Masters in Sports Administration from Ohio University. He was hired as athletic director at Kentucky in 2002.
The Norwood Jones Fund was established in 1973 enabling OU to invite distinguished people to campus to stimulate and inspire students in their religious life and involvements.
