Ever since the City of Ottawa sold 300 acres of Proximity Park to Lightfield Energy, there have been questions about the sale. One of those focused on why the city received only $5 million from the sale, after putting so much more into it. Ottawa City Attorney, Blane Finch, says there’s way more there than the 300 acres sold:
