The Ottawa City Band has decided to move their Summer Concert Series indoors, a move that comes as a surprise to a lot of people, who may have enjoyed the great outdoor atmosphere of City Park. Director Mark Pauquette on why they decided to move into the Ottawa Memorial Auditorium:
Pauquette says the Annual Fourth of July Concert will still be held outside in Forest Park. The band will play every Tuesday evening at 7:30 at the OMA. The Ottawa City Band is the 2nd longest continuously run band in the state of Kansas, and has some of the best musicians you’ll find anywhere.
