The Blessing Boxes in Ottawa have been a lifesaver for many in town, not only the homeless population but also, anyone in need. The Blessing Box Foundation, headquartered at the Collective Heart in Downtown Ottawa collects many items for the boxes, not only food. Director Julie Riggins on some of those items in need, that you might not think about:
