The Franklin County Commissioners approved a new grant program that will help lower income families in repairing their septic systems and bringing them up to code. It’s called the County Planner, Pat Toth, explained that the money comes from the local Environmental Protection Program:
The initial applicant, Katie Payne, who lives at 2199 Shawnee Road, was accepted to be the first recipient of the funding .
