A small but important road will undergo some major construction starting Friday. Public Works Director DJ Welsh says that Killough Construction will begin milling work on 14th Street from Main to Cedar Street. The project is expected to be complete on Saturday the 12th, weather permitting. Traffic will be limited during the project. Fourteenth Street runs along the South side of Advent Health Ottawa and the ambulance station.
