The Franklin County Commission will meet this morning, July 16th, with a full agenda. First, commissioners will hear from EMS Director, Kristi Hilliker to discuss and consider for approval the early implementation of a transition from the current EMS billing software to Image Ttrend Billing. The new system would improve efficiency integrations and accuracy.
Next, they will consider for approval the fiscal year 2025 workstation rotation. Information Technology Director Dustin Coureton will lead the discussion. Commissioners will also look at rezoning two plots of land from A-1 agriculture to R-E residential. Planning and Building Director Pat Toth will lead the conversation. Finally, the commission will discuss with County Clerk Janet Paddock, the 2026 budget summary to be published and establish a hearing date.
The meeting will be held at 8:30 at the County Annex and be live streamed on the Franklin County Kansas youtube channel.
