The Franklin County Commission, in a very short eight minute meeting yesterday, approved the rezoning of two plots of ground and approved the final plat of a new development called Kerr Acres at 43-24 Stafford Road. County Planning and Zoning Director, Pat Toth:
Toth says the planning commission had no issues with the rezone as long as there was a water supply. The letter from Rural Water District Number One affirmed the source of water to the land.
