Dozens of supporters came out Tuesday, August 5th, to donate blood to honor a man who dedicated his life to their community. The family of the late Overbrook Police Chief Terry Hollingsworth held their annual memorial blood drive. People turned out at Overbrook Bible Church to roll up their sleeves.
Hollingsworth joined the Overbrook police in 1993, serving 13 years as Chief before he retired. He died in January of 2023. His daughter, Brandi Shepard on why she holds the blood drive:
