One topic that is bound to come up in the next Kansas legislative session is the legalization of marijuana, in some form or another. One candidate for Kansas governor says he doesn’t think it stands a chance of passing, but Republican Ty Masterson says he is not against medical marijuana if it is presented right, and the key is legitimacy:
