Everyone needs a little help once in a while. An Ottawa woman who gives her time and products to a huge number of people and organizations in need… is in need of a little help herself. Rosa Andrews, who runs Rosa’s Creative Treats out of her home, is known for her donations of delicious baked goods to a huge variety of charitable organizations and fundraisers, helping to raise funds for others in need. She’s always willing to help anyone, even if that means putting herself behind. On top of that, she has been driving family members to doctor appointments after major surgeries the past couple months, again, giving of her time.
Recently, a large tree limb fell on her porch, causing some major damage, which can’t be fully assessed until the tree is removed. However, she hasn’t had the means to get that limb removed. The tree needs to be taken out quickly, before more of it falls and literally crushes their home. KOFO is looking for a company or a group of individuals that can assess the situation and possibly take the tree out, with little or no cost to the family.
