An event brought back last year after being missing for a while, is coming back to Ottawa again this year. The Skunk Run Book Sale. In years past, the sale was held at City Park, along with other festivities. This year, the sale is going indoors! Youth Services Manager, Paula Patterson says:
Patterson says all the money is then turned back over to the library to help fund the summer reading program. New books will be $2.00, hardbacks $1.00 and paperbacks for 50 cents. The sale will be held at the former Bottle House location, future home of the library, at Second and Walnut, August 22nd and 23rd.
