One of the road and bridge projects Franklin County Public Works will be completing, using funds they received from the auction of five of their older trucks, will be on the bridge over the railroad tracks north of town. Public Works Director Jeff Welton says it looks bad, but the bridge itself is in good shape:
The damage is on the concrete slope on the underside of the bridge to the west, where the only way you could see it, would be to drive under the bridge on railroad property.
