Lifelong Kansan, Christie Cauble Davis, will challenge incumbent Roger Marshall for the U. S. Senate. Tuesday, August 19th, Davis announced the launch of her campaign. According to a media release from Davis, she brings decades of public service leadership and is championing solutions for rural healthcare, public education, inflation and immigration. She says she’s running because Kansans deserve a senator who shows up for the people and represents their values and not their own self-interests.

She says she’s spent a lifetime serving the state, working in all 105 counties, and says Roger Marshall doesn’t represent the Kansas we all know and love—and he’s forgotten the people who sent him to Washington.

Cauble Davis is the former director of the Symphony In the Flint Hills and the former State Director at USDA Rural Development. She ran against Marshall in the 2020 election. She runs a small business out of Cottonwood Falls. She says she is a rare Democrat with experience working in rural counties. Her choice to run is rooted in her belief that everyday Kansans can, and must, step up and make a difference. She wants to be part of the solution.
