The Franklin County Commission will meet tomorrow evening. The purpose of the meeting is to hold the revenue neutral hearing and budget hearing. County Administrator Derek Brown says the budget sits at 46.4 mills, lower than it has been in quite some time, but, as property values rise, the dollar amount of each mill increases.
