A disgusting Tik Tok challenge has been getting students in a lot of trouble. School district officials all across the country are warning others about a viral social media trend involving teens urinating on school property. The video encourages students to film themselves urinating on bathroom walls and floors, or trespass on school property at night and urinate on school facilities. It may have come to local communities.
USD 365 issued a post on social media warning of the trend that they say is nationwide and in our own communities. They ask for help from parents to stop the behavior. First, openly talk to your kids about it and the risks involved. Also, monitor your students online activity, especially in private groups and accounts under alternative names. Remind them that the behavior can result in serious school and legal consequences. If your student has information regarding incidents that have occurred, encourage them to speak to a school administrator.
