The Franklin County Commission has recognized this week as National 4H week. 4H is America’s largest youth development program, serving over 6 million young people yearly. Locally, 4H serves hundreds of youth, to become competent, independent, resilient and compassionate leaders. Long time 4H-er Alex Griffin talked about her experience and her favorite project:
