Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach and KBI Director Tony Mattivi announced KBI agents began a statewide enforcement operation, along with law enforcement partners, to search Kansas smoke shops and CBD dispensaries to seize marijuana vegetation, THC vape cartridges, and other items containing suspected illegal concentrations of THC.
In Kansas products that contain less than .3% THC are legal, but they have found products containing up to 95% pure THC, and a lot of it is ending up in the hands of teens:
