The annual Life Chain Rally was held this weekend, October 4th, across the Nation, including here in Ottawa. A very large crowd gathered in front the Franklin County Courthouse, people of all ages, from many different churches, all gathering to support life of the unborn. Fifty-ninth District Representative Rebecca Schmoe was one of those in attendance:
Life chain was organized in 1987 by a small California based ministry called “Please Let Me Live.” Since then churches of all denominations have come together all across America and used Life Chain as a way to peacefully express support for those that have been affected by abortion.
