Representatives of the Garnett Area Chamber of Commerce were in Manhattan yesterday for the first day of the Kansas Tourism Conference. Director Sandy Mills and Jessica Mills, representing Garnett Economic Development, attended the annual conference. Sandy Mills tells us what they will be learning:
