The Franklin County Courthouse holds a lot of secrets within its walls and within its foundation. The cornerstone of the building came into the spotlight earlier this year when Director of Operations, Brandon Sands, revealed that it held a time capsule. Sands teased the commissioners, reading from a newspaper article from 1892:
