A big day coming up in early December for all of Franklin County. The time capsule which had been concealed in the cornerstone of the Franklin County Courthouse, which was recently retrieved, will be opened in a big public ceremony at the courthouse. Director of Maintenance, Brandon Sands with some details:
The entire courthouse will be decorated, with family photo opportunities in the courtroom in front of a 12 foot Christmas tree, refreshments, historic exhibits and more. It will be a festive atmosphere for the entire family. The time capsule reveal ceremony, December 4th at 3:00.
