Tomorrow marks the 84th anniversary of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. President Franklin Roosevelt spoke to Congress the following day:
In the attack, over 4,400 U. S. soldiers were either killed or wounded and nearly the entire United States Pacific Naval Fleet was destroyed, with over 1,100 going down with the USS Arizona alone.
Today, and especially tomorrow, the anniversary of the attack, remember to tell your children and grandchildren. If you see a veteran, stop and thank them for their service.
