OTTAWA – Ottawa police received two reports Wednesday from Ottawa drivers that someone damaged three vehicles and stole fuel from them. Two of the vehicles were parked in the 100 block of South Main Street. Another vehicle was parked in the 400 block of North Main Street. Police Lt. Adam Weingartner said police don’t know exactly how the thief is stealing the gasoline. It’s the second and third such reports of fuel thefts in the northern Main Street area, he said.
