OSAWATOMIE — The Reflection Fountain on the grounds of Osawatomie State Hospital will be renamed this afternoon. The ceremony follows the completion of major renovations to the fountain and surrounding grape arbors. SRS secretary Phyllis Gilmore, secretary on aging Shawn Sullivan and hospital superintendent Steve Ashcraft are scheduled to attend the ceremony this afternoon at 1:30. The event is sponsored by Osawatomie Friends of the Mentally Ill.
