OTTAWA — Jonathan Wane Broughman, 42, was booked into the Franklin County jail by U.S. Marshals Wednesday night. Franklin County Deputy Jerrod Fredricks said he had few details about the arrest other than the marshals picked up Broughman at the Franklin County fairgrounds where he was working as a carny. Fredricks said he was told the case originated in Idaho.
