LANE — The 120th Lane Fair begins this afternoon. Among today’s highlights, the Osa-Lane Quilt Show begins at 4 at the Lane United Methodist Church, and continues through the weekend. The Miami County Cloggers will perform at 6:30 and the fair talent show is 7:30 to 10. Among Friday’s events, the Princeton Goal Busters 4-H Club Ice Cream Social, and the Lane Fair Parade at 7:30 p.m., followed by the Central Heights cheerleaders and dance team and the Big Sugar Band. Saturday’s events include the horse show at the Thoele Farm and horseshoes, the annual Greased Pig Contest, the kids’ pedal tractor pull, the Pottawatomie Township Firefighter Water War, Mutton Bustin’, and the concert by Rusty Rierson.
