CENTROPOLIS – The Franklin County Sheriff’s office received a report of an accident in the 4300 block of Kentucky Road southeast of Centropolis early Monday morning. A deputy found a car in the ditch and reported that it had crashed into a nearby bridge rail. The sheriff’s office said the deputy later contacted the driver, Raira Rundle, 33, Baldwin City. She told the deputy she didn’t know she was required to report the accident. She also reported she received minor injuries from the crash. A report was forwarded to the county attorney’s office.
