OTTAWA — Ottawa police were investigating a couple of theft reports Monday.
A 30-year-old Ottawa woman reported someone stole her cell phone from the 1600 block of South Osage Drive. Another 30-year-old Ottawa woman reported someone stole her computer from the 100 block of South Elm Street.
