WELLSVILLE — A 50-year-old Wellsville man reported a 27-year-old Kansas City man got into an argument Tuesday with his 27-year-old stepdaughter in the 4500 block of Woodson Road north of Wellsville. He told the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department the argument was ended when the Kansas City man drove through his fence. The man fled. The sheriff’s office was still looking for him. The damage was estimated at more than $5,000.
