OTTAWA — ECKAN will distribute commodity food items to eligible Franklin County residents. To be eligible, Franklin County residents must sign up beforehand at the ECKAN Franklin County Center, 1320 S. Ash, Ottawa. Food commodities will be distributed at a new Ottawa location – the Don Woodward Community Center — Monday morning from 9 to 11:30. In Wellsville, the distribution will be Monday morning from 10 to noon at the Walnut Plaza Apartments. In Pomona, the distribution will be at the community center Monday afternoon from 2 to 4.
