OTTAWA — An 18-year-old Ottawa woman reported her car was vandalized and thieves stole stereo equipment before noon Saturday while it was parked overnight in the 2400 block of Osborne Lane, which is a minimum-maintenance road, west of Ottawa. The Franklin County Sheriff’s office said the damage and theft loss was about $1,400.
