TOPEKA – A Carbondale teenager was taken to Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka after her car rolled over on U.S.75 in Topeka Tuesday afternoon. The Kansas Highway Patrol said Sierra Burt, 17, was driving north on U.S. 75 when she drove onto the right shoulder and overcorrected. Her car crossed over the 57th Street exit ramp to the inside shoulder, rolled and came to rest in the ditch. The highway patrol says she was wearing a seat belt.
