RICHMOND — A 22-year-old Spring Hill woman reported she was beaten at 204 S. Kallock in Richmond late Sunday night. Allison Dulin told the Franklin County Sheriff’s office that a 22-year-old Richmond man forced her into her car at gunpoint and made her drive to 318 Main St. in Princeton, where he left her and then drove away in her car. Joshua Franks, 22, Richmond; was booked into the Franklin County jail early this morning for kidnapping and aggravated robbery in connection with the incident. Robin Renae Williams, 46, Richmond, was booked into the jail this morning for aggravated battery and criminal restraint in connection with the incident.
